Terms and Conditions

You must agree to all the following terms and conditions before becoming an affiliate:

The terms and conditions contained herein neither express nor imply a partnership obtaining between Internaut Productions, Inc. and the Affiliate, nor does a partnership exist pursuant to the agreement. Internaut Productions, Inc., or any person, manager, member, employee or agent of Internaut Productions, Inc. or who serves or has served on behalf of the company in any capacity at the request of the Internaut Productions,Inc. shall be indemnified by the Affiliate against expenses, judgments, fines, and amounts actually and necessarily incurred in connection with judgments, actions or proceedings, or in defense or connection with an appeal therein, in which the Affiliate has been found liable. Such right of indemnification shall not be deemed exclusive or any other rights to which Internaut Productions, Inc. may be entitled.

Payout Percentages.

50% of all sales, including 50% of all rebills. No processing fees will be deducted from the Affiliate's payout except those related to Affiliate's choice of payment method as outlined by the terms and conditions with CCBill.

Accounts

Affiliates may have only one account. If Affiliate opens more than one account and reference numbers, said action will be considered fraudulent activity and the Affiliate will have their accounts removed and payouts cancelled.

Spam will not be tolerated. All email promotional methods must meet the requirements of the U.S. anti-spam CAN-SPAM ACT, regardless of the Affiliate's country of operation.

If any Affiliate is discovered breaking any of the requirements of the anti-spam legislation, the Affiliate will have their accounts removed and payouts cancelled.

Limitations

Affiliates may not promote any of the Internaut Productions programs on sites displaying child pornography, bestiality, hate sites or sites displaying any other kind of illegal material.

Affiliates employing fraudulent or illegal means of generating sales or traffic, or using deceptive advertising methods, will immediately lose their account.

Affiliates may only use Internaut Productions' images and videos to promote Internaut Productions' sites. Affiliates may crop and resize our images provided the URLs and copyright are not removed, obfuscated, or in any way made illegible.

All webmasters who generate chargeback sales will have the amount of the sale deducted from their payout. If chargebacks continue at a high rate, any Affiliate may have their Internaut Productions account closed.

Affiliates may not use misleading advertising copy to send traffic to our sites.

Changes and Notifications

In the event that any conditions need to be changed, or new conditions added, Internaut Productions will post a notice on the Webmasters page. Affiliates will have seven (7) days to become fully compliant with the new conditions. Affiliates not respecting the new conditions will have their accounts terminated, and commissions generated after the new conditions become applicable will be forfeited.

Internaut Productions reserves the right to terminate this agreement or program at any time, for any reason. Affiliates will be notified and paid for all earnings generated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined that the Affiliate has violated these terms and conditions.
